The deadly coronavirus originated from Wuhan, China. WHO warned the world about the Novel Coronavirus in the early days of January 2020. On Jan 7, Chinese authorities confirmed that they had identified a new virus named Coronavirus which is a family of SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) & MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) termed as “2019-nCoV”.
Symptoms can include fever, followed by a dry cough and then after a week, which leads to shortness of breath. Other symptoms include sneezing, headaches, and possible kidney failure. The common spread of this virus includes: spread from an infected person to others, touching an object or surface with the virus on it, then touching your mouth, nose or eyes before washing your hands. This potential virus can damage those with weak respiratory systems.
According to the worldometer March 17 stats, there's total of 189, 758 confirmed cases around the globe with 7,518 deaths and 80,874 recovered. 6% of the currently infected patients are serious or critical which is less than the death percentage of closed cases which was 9%. Frequently cleaning of hands, covering mouth and nose and avoiding close contact with infected patients.
There’s no doubt about the deadly spread of this virus but the panic and false sharing about this disaster can’t be justified in any way.
